We welcome you to the Digital Universe of Laure SELIGNAC. A selection of Laure SELIGNAC porcelain creations is available online, accessible globally.
As part of these General Terms and Conditions (GTC), it is agreed that the "Buyer" refers to the person browsing the site and/or ordering products from the site; the "Seller" refers to the company identified in the legal notices above. The Buyer and the Seller will collectively be referred to as the "Parties" and individually as the "Party."
Any order placed on the site implies consultation and express acceptance of the GTC by checking the box provided for this purpose during the order process.
PURCHASES - ORDER PROCEDURE
For each creation selected, a summary page will automatically appear, showing the product name, selected quantity, unit price, and the total price of your order. You must carefully verify the accuracy of your selection before confirming your order. Once confirmed, your order will be sent for processing. Laure SELIGNAC's sales department reserves the right to cancel any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute regarding a previous order, or if it reasonably believes that the customer has violated these General Terms and Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or for any other legitimate reason. For exceptional orders, please contact our Customer Service. You can also place an order by phone at +33 (0)7 60 40 48 62, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays), from 10 AM to 2 PM and 3 PM to 6 PM (Paris Time).
PURCHASES - AVAILABILITY OF CREATIONS
Laure SELIGNAC creations are stocked and customized based on your orders. Your orders, under standard conditions, are shipped within 5 business days. Errors or changes may exceptionally occur, especially in the case of stock shortages. In the event that a product becomes unavailable after your order has been placed, we will inform you as soon as possible by email or phone, offering you the option to either select a replacement item from the site or cancel your order. If you choose to cancel your order, you will be refunded no later than 10 days after payment if your account has been debited.
PURCHASES - SECURE PAYMENT
The prices of the creations are indicated in euros, all taxes included. The total amount of your order includes shipping fees based on the chosen option. All orders are payable in euros. Accepted payment cards are: MasterCard®, Visa®. Your order will be shipped only after verifying your payment method and receiving authorization to charge your card.
French VAT is not applicable to international customers.
You also have the option to pay by cheque made payable to LAURE SELIGNAC or by bank transfer.
