Shipping policy

DELIVERIES

For international orders (outside Mainland France), additional fees may apply in addition to the initial shipping costs added during the order process.

Customization: €12 extra. Customization takes up to 2 working weeks.


DELIVERY ZONE

Items are shipped to the delivery address you provided during the ordering process.

Shipping and Delivery - Transportation Fees

You will be asked to select your preferred shipping method during the ordering process. Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery service you choose: the timeframe between order confirmation and receipt, whether your creation is customized or not, unless stated otherwise.

  • Standard: Orders are shipped within three to five business days.
  • Courier: Same-day delivery for orders placed before 3 PM (an additional day for customized creations) - Available only in Paris.
  • Hotel Delivery: Enter the hotel name in the “Company” field when entering your delivery address. Be sure to provide your stay dates in the “Additional Information” field so our Customer Service team can confirm whether delivery within the specified timeframe is possible. If not, we will contact you to inform you accordingly.

Please note that depending on the items ordered, delivery may take longer due to production timelines. Certain items may require a delivery time of 4 to 5 months. We will, of course, keep you updated on the exact timeline for your order.


DELIVERY ISSUES

Any defect or delivery delay exceeding two (2) business days should be reported to our Customer Service team as soon as possible. Complaints made more than thirty (30) calendar days after the order confirmation date cannot be considered.

You must check the condition of the merchandise upon delivery and, if possible, note any observed anomalies (e.g., open package, damaged product) on the delivery slip in the form of handwritten reservations accompanied by your signature. You should then contact Customer Service via email or phone.

If the purchased products are not as expected or do not meet your satisfaction, you may return them or request an exchange or refund under the conditions outlined in the “Returns - Exchanges - Refunds” section.


PICK UP YOUR ORDER IN STORE

Monday to Friday, from 10 AM to 1 PM and 2 PM to 6 PM.

Complete your online order and opt to pick it up in-store, with or without an appointment. You will receive a notification email when your order is ready for collection.

Please bring your ID and the email notification to pick up your order. You have 21 days to collect your purchase.
