EXCHANGES - REFUNDS

You have the option to return any product for an exchange request within thirty (30) calendar days following the delivery date, subject to the following conditions: the products must be returned in their original condition and packaging, accompanied by all relevant documentation, to the following address:

In both cases (exchange or refund), return shipping costs will only be reimbursed if the return is justified by non-conformity of the delivered products (e.g., incorrect item, damaged product, etc.).

BREAKAGE GUARANTEE

We ship worldwide without issue, but if, despite all our precautions, you receive a damaged item, we kindly ask you to send us a photo of the damaged creation within 48 hours of receiving your package. We will then send you a replacement porcelain item.
